Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Please allow additional time for processing during high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or holiday sales.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the total weight of your order.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders exceeding a certain amount — this will be clearly indicated on the website.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking link within 5 business days after ordering, please contact our support team at support@bethatgirlinchrist.com.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Be That Girl in Christ cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to correct your address.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We work with reliable logistics partners, but delays may occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@bethatgirlinchrist.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

A replacement or refund may be issued only after confirmation from the carrier that the package has been lost.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bethatgirlinchrist.com, including photos of:

  • The damaged item(s),

  • The external packaging,

  • The shipping label.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Order Not Received

If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@bethatgirlinchrist.com within 14 days of the delivery date indicated on the tracking.
