Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it,

In its original packaging,

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the product.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment institution first.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@bethatgirlinchrist.com with clear photos of the defect or issue.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-returnable and Non-refundable items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions,

Products showing visible signs of use, damage, or modification after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless the return results from an error on our part.
